Though she seemed happy at first at the mention of her children, Charon noticed the decline when Kaylan was mentioned. Well, Kaylan hadn't been the most social wolf since his return. Charon had taken him in because he was family, but in truth he wondered if his brother would ever be the same as he used to; ever be whole.

"Yeah, it's funny, isn't it? " Charon said in regards to Jorunn. Jorunn was probably the most Viking like of his adoptive siblings, which was strange considering the fact that he had not been raised that way by his adoptive parents. Soon Charon went on to the next subject at hand though, which held his preference: Charon. " I'm doing pretty well.
