Silvertip Mountain Thousand Years

For a while Odette sat pretty still, batting the rock and feeling pretty lonely.  Her siblings were probably sleeping right now, as she saw no sight of them, or maybe they were up to something else.  Odette didn't check, but she was sure her siblings were fine anyways... maybe as hungry as she was, but Odie was sure that they were fine otherwise, besides the hunger.

As the black furred wolf that she had seen a few times earlier and had won her trust the last time they had met suddenly came into her line of view.  Odette's tail gave a tiny wag, hope shinning in her heart and eyes that hopefully he had brought her some food... the black furred wolf hadn't.  Instead all he did was give her a nudge in a gretting-like matter and then lowered himself to the ground.  Odie was disapointed that their was no food, but knew that through her limited vocabulary that this was a tough time for everybody, not just her.  So she laid down next to her Uncle.  "Hi."  She squeaked.
