Looking for her sisters, was she? They were probably dead, considering the famine, hostile packs, and predators that roamed these parts. Not to mention the many cliffs and sharp rocks scattered every where.

Aeronwyn did not voice this, but stayed silent as Malice spoke.She seemed to be willing to make some conversation with the loner, though Aeronwyn stayed on her guard as she waited for Burke and the girl to speak.
