Silver Creek Look around

Laika was cross when she stepped out of the water, but she smiled when she saw Phiipa. No one is perfect. Sometimes she had to tell herself that over and over. Water dripped from her white locks and she shook her body, making sure she was a good enough distance away. She didn't want to splatter Phiipa with cold, wet bullets.

"I thought I had it too," She told her. "But that's just part of fishing. They're fast!" She laughed at that and settled down on the bank, tail thumping upon the ground. She let the sun soack into her damp fur, and slowly but surely she began to dry off. "The summer sun is just so nice, isn't it?" Despite the obvious boniness of both the girls, and the rumbles of their stomachs, Laika was always able to find a positive.
