It must’ve been an old trail he had caught, Charon thought as he turned his head towards his brother. Yet the result was the same, whatever the case; he’d eventually found Flóki.

He turned round and moved towards Flóki, bumping nose to shoulder in affectionate gesture of greeting. After all that’d happened and how much time he had spent tending to pack things, it felt like a long time since he and Flóki’d been out looking for Lazarus together last.
