Though Sarah had met other pack members now and then, the number of wolves, who had gathered here, unsettled her a little. Therefore, while walking among them, she hid herself between her mother's legs and, once the older wolf lied down, she placed herself right next to her, resting her head on Osprey's nape and observing the crowd with wary eyes.
Eventually tiredness took over, her eyes closed and soon she was fast asleep.
