Totoka River frozen lands, frozen heart

After having been reunited with the beach again, Amabilia decided she'd explore the nearby forest, following the river that fed into it. It would be nice to live here, she thought, being so close to the sea. If she ever did decide to settle down somewhere, it would be here, she decided. But not even she knew if such a time would come, for she felt that her wanderlust had not yet be satiated.

As she wandered into the shadows of the trees, the scent of other wolves wafted into her nose. Was she intruding? It was hard to tell, as it felt... Incomplete. Amabilia was wary and cautious, not wanting to be torn to bits, so she stayed near the edge of the woods. The sight of a shadowy figure before her gave her a start, body jolting to life. Her limbs went rigid as she stood there, contemplating what she should do for only a moment before deciding it'd be best to back away. She turned slightly but kept her body facing the stranger somewhat, in case they made any move for her. Perhaps it wasn't smart to come here.
