He already knew about Bones (she'd told her himself just after it'd happened) but now something similar had happened to wolves called Magpie and Leaf. He concluded that Tortuga must be involved somehow, even though the two given names didn't seem to fit the theme.

"Tortuga? Are they responsible for this?" he questioned. Seeing the look in her eye, he tried to gentle her by reasoning, "You can't sacrifice yourself, Fox.
