Under the direction of @Caiaphas, Svalinn prowled after the freshest scent trail Eurycrates had left behind. She told him that if he wanted to know what war was from the male perspective, that among them he would be the wolf to speak to first. More to the point, as he was coming into his own tall physique - riddled with an untapped well of youthful brawn - the young wolf was sorely in need of some physical conditioning. And as he had recently begun to push boundaries with his scant, serrated mother, it was high time he stopped taking lessons in the craftiness of coywolves and started learning what it was to be a big bad wolf.
But first, to establish rapport.
The aurous juvenile found the massive brute on a stately slab, admiring the cold, flashing sky. Uninterested at first in the event, Svalinn made a noise to draw the wolf's attention, and then wagged his tail hopefully to provoke an invitation up.
