For a moment they lingered in silence. The breeze washes over the two paladins as they stood motionless facing one another. The air was thick between them. It took a moment for her to digest his demand, to understand the terms and that there was no need to speak any further. They came to a mutual understanding as if they had connected for a brief moment in telepathic communication. 

And without a single word uttered between them any further, the woman made her first move, and so did Rose. As she rushed forward, so did he. She was smaller than he was, and so he suspected that she would use that same tactic that most smaller wolves did when faced in such a situation; she did. Darting to his side, Rosencrantz followed her movements and made his own move to latch onto the woman. 

Teeth flashing as he pushed forward, thirty to grab onto the knee of the woman in order to stabilize himself against her as she tugged against his own leg. The pain brought life back into those lifeless eyes as she sunk her fangs into his leg, and as she tugged, he leaned into her in order to keep him from falling to the wayside. The warriors were locked in a vice grip as both aimed for a similar first move - but as she tugged and pulled, he pushed and shoved into his own.
