The woman took it all in stride, which she appreciated. The last thing Ibis ever wanted to do was alienate possible friends! Her laughter rang out among the ruins and Ibis couldn't help but laugh lightly in tandem, enjoying the sensation even if she was still sad and feeling weighted. At the very least she had helped this wayward woman; even if she sought out the Creek and couldn't find whoever she was looking for, maybe she would find safety and security there.
