It had been a long couple of days. Sugar had the right idea and was out like a light, and the longer Stryx listened to the pair converse in a language she could not follow, she could not help but drowse.

When something shifted nearby to her, she lifted her head with a start and blearily blinked at the pretty fair-colored face, her ears twitching when the stranger spoke her name in hushed tones. Mmn?
