The thing about power is that when someone acts too bold, it comes with suspicion. Why would someone call the way they did at the borders of a pack they were unfamiliar with? Potentially no good. It wasn't a tone that Arbiter appreciated, either way. She had already left the pups with Warlock not too long ago, she'd just been finding herself a meal from the cache before heading to a patrol, but now put that off, turning her paws towards the source. Change of plans.

It wasn't long before she spotted them. The one man was particularly peculiar looking. Not one easily forgotten, for better or worse. His tail irked her. Was it stuck like that or did he leave it like some sort of show of ego? It irked her either way, at her borders, the only dominant wolf here should be her -- and Kaertok of course. She assumed it was him who had called, just because of that. The other wolf was a yearling, not nearly so flashy as the striped man. 

As usual, she was terse, her expression serious but not particularly telling beyond that, This is Legion, I am Arbiter. What did you call for? It should be obvious that this was her pack. She looked between them, analyzing them openly.
