She had noticed a little while after, coming from the wrong direction for it to have been her children changing their minds and tagging along. She could hope that would somehow be the case, but it was unlikely. So who was out here in the wasteland? Okay, it wasn't really wasteland, but that's what it felt like.

Arbiter is often not a nice person and will think mean things without acting on them.
