Redsand Canyon I wanna have control

i know you're busy, so no rush! just wanted to get this up <3

He had spent the night alone in his den, fuming and stewing in his anger. If @Aquene had tried to enter his den during the night, he would have told her it wasn't a good idea and that he would talk to her the next day when his mind was calmer. It had crossed his mind more than once to just take off to the north anyway. He could be alone and brood with no responsibilities other than scouting. It would be like when he was truly alone, before he found Mereo. 

But he wouldn't do that to Aquene. Most of his thoughts of leaving were just him wanting to avoid the situation all together. Because under all the anger was the knowledge that he would have to make a hard decision. But the decision had already been made hadn't it? He wasn't prepared to lose Aquene, which meant they would have to be married. 

He had asked her to meet him in the common area in the morning and they could talk. As the imperator had asked, Kallik had let him know they were meeting. Now he waited with a racing heart.
