He was a giant in comparison to her, and Ciri took a moment to admire his stature as he prowled - a bright-eyed shadow against the snowy backdrop. She thought he looked to be in search of something, and the swallow was reluctant to intrude. She lingered, uncertain willing herself to be brave, before she managed to convince herself forward to greet her raven pack-mate with a friendly sweep of her dark tail.
