faust moves steadily, his pace steady as he leads tuhin across the glacier’s expanse. the wind howls, biting through the stillness, but he does not falter. he does not look back.
the ice gives way to firmer ground, jagged ridges rising in the distance, marking the heart of darukaal. faust exhales, a plume of frost curling from his lips.
welcome to the glacier he gruffs, finally sparing the man a glance. this is blood talon’s land now.
