Alaric had watched from a distance. Silent but wary in his border patrols. But he had kept an eye on the inside of their borders too. Glaukos seemed to be settling in nicely.

Alaric wasn't a fan of thr terrible smell in the patch of cleared ground. But he was curious about the pit itself. He wondered what it was. It looked a bit like a ritual circle or a sparring pit both of which he'd seen on his trading journies.

Alaric leapt from a nearby rock finally showing himself and eyed the pit. So ritual circle or sparring pit?
