Big Salmon Lake A thousand years

Raindrop hadn’t had this much fun in a long time. Ever since becoming a mother, she had put her children’s lives and needs before her own. Sumac’s absence too, had left an empty place in her heart. A felling that something was missing. 

After their day of fun, they both agreed to head back home. But, before they headed out, Valiant stopped washed his face, so that he wouldn’t carry any extra muck home with him. 

He picked up the fur pelt which carried their fish, and all the way home they walked side by side.
