Rannoch couldn't help the laugh that slipped from his lips; Liffey was just so damn cute. "It sounds like you've had a very productive day," he complimented.  Truthfully, Rannoch wished they could exist like they were at that moment forever; intertwined closely and only speaking of the good in life. They both would be faced with the aftermath of a packmate's untimely demise, and it would be hard to focus on the good when negativity surrounded their every thought. 

At the mention of snow, Rannoch's brows perked. "How did you figure that out?" he asked, genuinely curious to know how Liffey had come to that conclusion. Unlike his mate, Rannoch was not very attentive when it came to weather patterns.
