She watched the herd of deer, drinking water and being rather cautious about themselves. They must be migrating woodlands for the winter and it seemed they were moving towards Haunted Wood after the rutting on the nearby fen.
Little did she know that the fen had been claimed by another pack.

The Lieutenant watched the deer cough, mucus dripping from their noses. A sickness plagued them. Would it infect herself and the pack if consumed? Would they all become sick, and maybe die? 
She'd take the risk.
Right now, they seemed calm enough that they'd just move out of her way if she moved closer. Moving closer to the Haunted Woods and the hungry pack.
