"Por supuesto no." She was quick to reply to disperse any fears. The lake was far too far to call it her land. Well, this part was, it did border the trees further around. But the borders are clearly marked there, it'd be impossible to accidentally trespass into Nightwalker land.

She appreciated the compliment, especially from someone native, with a native name. Her Mother knew how Vanity would turn out and named her accordingly, or perhaps it influenced her. Either way, it was fitting.
