Everyone is welcome but please no more than one character, for now, I want this to be a fast-paced thread!

After only a whole day of observation and consideration, Revan decided that the only thing he could do to better his chances of acceptance was offering them some kind of tribute. The benefits of having him would become obvious eventually, but he realized that, at first glance, he didn't seem to be much of an asset, especially when the whelping season had most likely already started.

The one thing he could think of that had enough meaning to be worth it were blackbirds, a Large raven if possible, and he would have to catch it alone. To achieve this, Revan dug a hare right from its hole and placed it in the open field. He knew it wouldn't be long until a whole bunch of them descended on it from the sky, so he found a hiding spot and waited. The first thing that appeared was an eagle, which circled the carrion from a safe distance far above among the clouds. Revan watched it to make sure it didn't interfere, but it flew away after just a couple of minutes, probably having spotted him among the bushes. The blackbirds came soon after, flocking to the corpse after a few of the more intrepid ones took the first steps towards it. Revan knew that his time was short, so he prowled towards them swiftly and jumped right on top of the flock wasting no time. As he dug his head right in the cloud of black feathers he clamped his jaws and caught a wing. The Raven struggled, but Revan smacked it against the floor and ended its life with his claws. He had what he wanted.

Now he would only have to convince the river wolves to trust him enough to let him prove himself. So he called for them, Howled from their southern borders near the river, and waited. He had placed the Raven in front of him and made himself fully visible in a clear and open spot. He didn't want anything about him to seem menacing or suspicious, so he made sure to look relaxed.
