While Haruki came to observe, Sumi wiggled and fussed. At the end though, she seemed satisfied- at least, that was how the emperor interpreted her little glance to him. As soon as she was free from the bath Sumi was leaping to her brother, and Takeshi rumbled a low chuckle to himself at this sight, thinking- adoringly, for once- that this girl had much of her mother's fight and determination in her. He could only hope his son would defend himself as properly as a boy ought to, and watched on, keen to observe.
