Belen was not going to join him. The coyote nodded, though he didn't like to leave her here, alone. But, Inkeri was waiting for him. Sighing, Lucius got to his feet. "I'll be to the east of here, in a large valley between two mountains." It was where he and Inkeri had been staying. Dipping his head, he said, "Farewell for now." And he turned to leave.
