As Liffey nuzzled into him, Rannoch took the opportunity to wrap his arms around her and pulled her even closer. He loved whenever they held each other close; she was near enough that he felt her heartbeat and something was comforting about the rhythm in which her heart pulse. Pulling his head up, as he enjoyed their nearness, Rannoch reached for her cheek and planted a kiss on it as she replied to his quip. 

Pulling his head back, Rannoch smiled at what she had said. "You can practice with me anytime," he mused as she nestled her chin underneath his. Frankly, he'd welcome it. If it meant holding her this close every time, Rannoch would appreciate multiple hunting sessions a day. "I'd enjoy more surprises like this throughout the day." He smirked and hoped that she'd agree. 

Rannoch hadn't seen Liffey since they had both stirred for the day, and curiously, he wondered, "What have you been up to today?"
