Despite the apprehensive feeling that curdled in his belly like sour milk, Rannoch found solace in Wraen's reply. "I hope that time continues to heal you," he remarked. Sunspire needed Wraen back in tip-top shape, and Rannoch anticipated the day that she fully recovered. 

"We're here about what happened between you and Charon," he said, "And the consequences that it might cause us down the line." There was an uncharacteristic absence of compassion in Rannoch's expression. "Let's talk about what happened, and what we can do to fix what has been done," he suggested and pushed the rabbit closer to Wraen.
