Unlike Wraen, Rannoch's passion didn't recede effortlessly. It stewed as he contemplated the situation that had unfurled. Not wanting to sour anybody else's day with his attitude, Rannoch had kept to Sunspire's outskirts.

When late afternoon struck, his brooding was obstructed when he detected movement towards the border.
