The Barrier Mountains

So uh, I know they're impassible. That's what the description says. I'm wondering though if Boartusk Heights counts as part of them. And can you travel from Cassiopeia's View to Boartusk Heights and get to the Hinterlands that way, or are you 100% absolutely strictly stuck with going north to Deepwood Weald and then in to the Hinterlands from there?

We don't really police any of this stuff, so it's really up to however people wanna play it!
