Though, a laugh was raised from the man at the other's last attempt to provoke them.

They were not to be killed, but they were not he himself. Of course, the apostles could be killed, but the High Elk could not be. There is a reason you have been stripped. He had an elk to track after all so as the crowd began to disperse, he would stalk towards the growth where the apostle had fled.
