If you start ripping up their dam, I’ll wait in the water for them to escape. It would be easy enough to pluck them from the water” It was a sound plan they could use their claws and teeth on land in the water if grabbed carefully it was far safer then facing off with those teeth. That and digging at the dam would require far more energy then waiting patiently.
