Biography

Vasiliás Thyestes had thought his oldest son's eyes would lighten from their turbid puppy blue into his own brilliant silver; so he named him Lynceus - "lynx-eyed" - and spoke his hopes into being. But day by day, little Lynceus's eyes grew darker and darker, and although the color of his irises was not the only thing that condemned the boy, it was a portent of things to come. Lynceus, on his part, did not turn away or towards his father's dissapointment. Instead he opted to lean into it, elliptic, until one day he realized that he could not find the way out.

Lynx is only fluent in Greek and currently has a very poor grasp of common. Thread titles are from Ezra Pound's "The Cantos".
