My daughter. I love Qilaq so much and I miss the Qizzle dynamic. I have realized somewhat recently that my inspiration for characters tends to be based on who I get to play with, and so now I am scrambling around trying to find possibilities of characters who would get along with Qilaq just to write with her again. I love all of your characters, but she is definitely one of my favorites.

"Qilaq remembers the sun filtering in as a whole circle instead of a guarding silhouette, investigating to find not a soul is there. It takes five minutes and thirteen seconds to run and for days does the poor girl run (or perhaps what feels like days), and it is not until she finds the willows that she slows down." There is a specific and careful way this has been phrased that is just beautiful and on point.

I've never given kudos before but I wanted to make sure you got some for Elixir because you definitely deserve them! I'm not even sure where to start other than to tell you that I absolutely adore Elixir. She's an adorable and wonderfully written character and I'm so glad I got the chance to be introduced to her through our thread! I particularly love the way she's so kind even when she doesn't have to and, let's face it, probably shouldn't be. She's such a sweetheart and your writing is positively brilliant. I look forward to following her progress on Wolf and hopefully I can snag a thread or two in the future!
