merging + puppy permission?

so I guess it wont be very secret anymore since it's obvious whom i am asking this about
.. ;_;
but if I got permission from a pack pm for puppy but then they merge with another pack, do I need to re-seek approval from both? orrr
also idk if it's worth mentioning but the permission was not to have puppies within the pack, it was just to get pregnant; the puppies would be born elsewhere.

A few scenarios here:

You have permission, and the conception thread is complete.
— You're good to go, at least OOCly. ICly might be a bit trickier!

You have permission, your character has not started their conception thread, and they are not pregnant.
— Get permission from your new PM(s).

You have permission, your conception thread is started, but not complete.
— Get permission from your new PM(s).

The PMs need to inform the CMs of any changes regarding birthplace of the pups. :)
