Charon nodded absently as she spoke of some pack that she had come from. He'd never heard of it, which was clear from the expression on his face, though listened to her story. Instantly he wondered, "Why'd you guys leave the pack? How'd you get separated?" It sounded like they had travelled here together, but like she hadn't seen said sister for a while. Charon idly wondered if she'd leave if she ever did find her sister.

He took a left and followed a narrow, picturesque trail through the forest. Sun fell through the trees, and Charon enjoyed its warmth as spring was rapidly approaching now.
