The man nosed about a little, "My bet is for it to be under the snow." He started to dig a small way away from where she pulled up the skull, knowing that bones got moved about, often a lot, once the corpse lay there.

"It doesn't seem fresh enough to be buried in the snow, I would've thought there'd be more evidence if so." He explained himself, knowing that his information could one day be valuable to the girl. Especially if she happened to search for his body one day. 
He pushed the cold thought from his mind, starting to effectively shovel the thin layer of snow out of the way then started scratching down into the soil. He didn't want Keen to overexert herself of course so he put almost maximum effort into his work, hoping to sate her inquiries about who lay here.Perhaps he'd find himself intrigued about the death of this wolf too.
