well, that was flattering. he had hardly done anything to be considered interesting, but he accepted the words with a fleeting smile and a small nod of his head. then, the dark-hooded young man cleared his throat and returned his sights to the woman at his front. she was kindly enough, and she carried herself with an assurance that he almost envied. she did not prowl in the same way that he did. she moved as though she intended every step and there would be no one to stop her.
 
“well, that’s awfully kind of you when i haven’t done much of interest,” illidan remarked with a crooked smirk. “what’s your name and… your favorite scent?” the young ghost then inquired with a curious look. he thought that it might have been a good place to start, even if he wasn’t the best at conversation prompts. he was hoping that it would lead to something with a little more substance.
