She told him that she had been an alpha for the past five years, and he was secretly impressed by that. He had no doubt that gave her plenty of guardian experience. His face remained blank, though, as usual. 

She mentioned a spar, and he would have accepted; it was something he did so much, it was becoming routine. But she switched it up and suggested she try and ambush him.
