Dragoncrest Cliffs we dance to the sound of sirens

the sound is off the table. for once, blix doesn't feel like being the one to start shit, so it's back to the drawing board. nomi'd said she could pick wherever she liked -- only blix doesn't like many places besides the cliffs, and she definitely doesn't want to go far to find a place she does like. luckily the decision doesn't have to be just hers, and in truth, she wants to actually see who she'll be taking with her (so strange to think about, still). 

the sun is just beginning to set across the horizon, leaving streaks of grapefruit pink in the distant sea. blix pauses at the cliffs, watching for a few moments. her stomach is clenched -- she suspects it will be for the rest of her life, a side effect of the being a leader thing. still, she's not just here to watch the pretty clouds. throwing her head back, blix calls for her lot so they can discuss their next steps.
