Hushed Willows don't feel like picking up the phone

the sun does feel nice, despite the chill, but delight still hesitates before accepting the offer. it's been... a while since he spoke to anyone besides his wives or his child (or lily, but she's been busy with her own pregnancy). feeling somewhat self conscious he lowers himself to the ground and rolls over, letting the sun warm his belly. after a moment he lets himself flop onto his side, uncomfortable having his most vulnerable side exposed -- but he stays nearby, offering a contemplative hrm. 

"it is nice out," he admits. "i'm delight -- we haven't met yet." he lets the implied who are you hang, his eyes on the boy's dangling paws curiously.
