i'm going to go with 1 week rounds with no posting order~

her intention had been to simply go on one of her daily border rounds when for some unknown reason her paws ventured further until light draped her in its full intensity rather than the soft dappling she'd grown so used to. squinting, the pale girl would push through the long grasses she'd strayed into, sometimes almost feeling as if she were wading through water as her shortness did little to help the intensity of the vegetation around her. one blade would go as far as to tickle at the sensitive skin of her nose and the girl would sneeze, falling back on her haunches with an irritable shake of her head. a cackle would erupt from above and tundra would cast a death glare up to the sky where the now familiar form of bertók circled lazily above. growling lightly the woman would lean forward and snip the blade with sharp fangs, feeling way too pleased for such a frankly stupid task. luckily the grass grew more tolerable as she ventured further into the meadow- seeming to be a lot thicker nearer to their home for some reason. here, the grass seemed to live in a much more controlled enviroment- although still long enough for her to hide in if she pressed herself to the earth it was much more neatly cropped.

it wasn't long before she was shown why- idle steps brought her upon a whole herd of deer grazing peacefully, not a care in the world. idiots..the word couldn't help but make itself present in her mind, here she stood off to the side in full sight and not one had so much as glanced in her direction. oh well, she was about to simply turn and return back to her home- adventurous side of her satisfied for the day when the sight of the really dark woods was slightly...off putting. don't get her wrong she loved her home but it was such a typical spring day and although the weather was still being a bit of an ass the air smelled thick with life, it felt good. an idea came to mind, why not get everyone out for a bit? they were close enough to be able to get home if it was needed but maybe the others could do with something like this. plus, they should never ignore such an oppurtunity for food.

her form would slink off at a brisk trot, wanting to get a safe distance from the skittish creatures before calling as not to startle them. once at a safe distance she'd waste no time in throwing back her head and let out a short howl to call her packmates should they want to join. how uncharacteristically social of her, huh? now she'd simply lean back on her haunches, inhaling deeply as she waited.
