Northstar Vale A storm may be coming, are you ready?

Sorin set out for the center of the Vale with a purpose he had not had for some time. His strides were long, full of a cool energy. A soft wind ruffled the shadow's fur, carrying the calls of the wild. All around him, birds sent up calls in the evening light. The creeks burbled through the center of the Vale, and the grasses swayed gently in the breeze. Sorin let his gaze wander over the valley, appreciating its beauty. This high mountain valley truly was a blessing, a slice of paradise amid the harshness of the land. The thought of losing it caused Sorin a great deal concern.

The knowledge of Diaspora and their culture had lain in the back of his mind since arriving in the Sunspires. He knew they planned to claim the entirety of the mountains, a hopeless endeavor in his eyes. No pack could possibly hope to claim an entire mountain range. Even the nomads who had wandered among the mountains where Viggo made his home never sought to claim the entire range. Still, Diaspora's desires created a threat to the fledgling pack in the Vale. Nauthiz was positioned in the heart of the Sunspires, which would create a definitive barrier to Diaspora's aspirations.

Thus, Sorin sent up a call for @Liri and @Vangard. He needed to know what their thoughts on the possible threat were, and provide ideas if they were open to discussion. Perhaps they could come up with a solution, or refine one that may have already been discussed.
