since her...let's just say scuffle with flicker, she'd been on high alert in case it could've triggered something with the melonii's and sent them running into their woods like the crazy morons they seemed to be. however all had been quiet and although the young soldier still spent most of her time wandering around the borders making sure they were as strong as ever, she no longer felt quite so apprehensive. soon she'd probably head back over to where they'd settled to see if flicker's likely warning had led to them packing their bags but for now she was content to see to the pack's needs.

it was on this particular day that a sound disrupted her patrolling and she'd straighten up, ears swivelling in search of the source's location. upon pinpointing it the icy woman would shift her position slightly to suit the newcomer's request of assistance and take off at a brisk trot- weaving expertly betwixt the looming trunks whilst hearing the familiar beat of a curious bertók following from above. she'd start to slow as the air grew bright whilst the trees began to thin, the largest sign that you were about to reach the dense wood's edge. she would step out into the shadowy light brought with the arriving dusk, head tilting to the side as she assessed the newcomer with eyes of impassible darkness.

the woman to stand before her is actually quite similar in appearance to herself and after another silent moment she'd finally speak; voice although not unfriendly, still cool as ever as untrusting eyes lingered on the pale lone wolf. "you stand on the borders of blackfeather woodsshe'd murmur, voice soft and yet strong as it drifted across the still air. "who are you and what is it that prompted you to call?although she was slow to trust, tundra knew now more than ever that any new bodies to the woods would be good, especially with the lingering threat of the melonii. behind her bertók had settled on the branches of one of the border trees and was observing the pair with keen, beady eyes. her tail swayed slowly as she watched the woman with a quiet curiosity, she was always interested in those that didn't shy away upon coming across the rather foreboding forest.
