Gilded Bay lonely lonely lonely

This weather suited her. The cold made her awake, tested her, drew her out until she felt more alive than she had in a long while.  She'd enjoy summer's approach when it came, but she'd miss this frigid ire on the wind.  One reason of many she knew the north was her destined hold.

Kiwi lifted her face to the wind and inhaled, and on it came news.  She opened her eyes and smiled.  Another stranger, another potential recruit.

She was not a very imposing figure when she finally came upon him, but there was unmistakeable pride to her bearing when she looked at him from afar.  Likely more than someone her size had any business displaying.  This is hardly a good place for a nap. she said, and watched for his response.  She wanted a bearing on the type of wolf he was before proceeding.
