Waiting until the last possible moment he jumped to the side and whirled around to face off feeling Clarence press closer to add his support. Nudging his spotted companion backward he'd began to edge toward an escape before Merrick spoke up and he scoffed "You haven't hurt-" he was going to say "us" but the bearlike man was faster than he'd expected and fangs tore across his shoulder. Snapping wildly his fangs hitting only air he retreated as fast as he could "You all aren't shit" he spat before looking to Clarence and motioning for them to run, doing exactly that.
