So he had heard her right. His initial reaction wasn't relatively good or bad, just shock. He wasn't ignorant. He understood how one becomes pregnant and the rest. But in the past when he had mated with girls in their heat he had never seen them again, except for Heartha. It was possible that he had other children but it wasn't something that crossed his mind.
