Liffey's aroma was intoxicating, and he drank it in as he inhaled deeply—he was quickly becoming drunk in love

"We need to go," Rannoch decided suddenly, as he pulled his snout away from her brow. "For the night," it was the only way that they would have the privacy that they wanted. "We won't go far, either. Just into the next territory..." he trailed, wondering what she'd make of the suggestion.
