"Have you happened to see any orange flowers nearby, marigold in particular?" The fae asked, uncertain if it would be rude to change topic so suddenly but her curiosity winning out.
"They're a bit frilly with long stems and clusters of leaves that grow near the base of the plants. I've been searching for some for a friend of mine," she explained with a tilt of her freckled crown.
