Altar of Twilight get out the way

After his meeting with Amber, Charon made his way back home. He had decided to take the path down into the valleys first and was now travelling north through the altar of twilight to reach Moonspear. The road forked left, towards the large mountain, and he followed while the stars were slowly being exchanged by the light of dawn. Yet their magnificence still shone bright even as the first rays of orange and pink started to crawl across the horizon.

Tired, Charon couldn't wait to get home. His head still pounded from the lightning strike and the scab on the right side of his face smarted with every expression change his face took. It was good to see the valleys flourish again, the herds returning. Just as he was getting close to Moonspear's borders he noticed something rustling not far to his right. Charon forked off the road and quickened his pace. The rabbit that'd been hiding dashed forward, not giving up without a fight, and Charon dashed after it as fast as he could.
