Aliac ran as fast as her paws would take her as she sprintsprint back to her home in Morningside. When she stopped, the she wolf was out of breath and panting. Little did she know that during her run she had cut her leg on a low branch. Aliac quickly sought out someone but as soon as the adrenaline stopped flowing through her body it was replaced by pain. She let out a desperate bark as she tried to catch her breath.

When she heard a desperate call from a member of the pack Pema was quick to come address the situation. She ran to the border, slightly slower than usual in her current state. But once she got there she found Aliac panting and out of breath. With a quick scan she could see that there was blood dripped down one of her legs. Not too much but a noticeable amount. "Aliac what's going on? What happened?" there was concern in her voice, but she wasn't overly frantic. Her experience working in medicine was actually calming her now. Knowing that ever little cut wasn't going to be life-threatening. But how she got the cut could reveal something more. Perhaps she had gotten this injury from another wolf. She would have to wait on her response to see.
Her head was hurting with excruciating pain as she tried desperately to remember her past. She let out a small whine as she heard Pema approach her. "I...there was a male in the marsh I think I knew him but.." It was like her memories were trying to crash at her all at once. "I..i went for a walk after having a nightmare, i met this male and his demeanor had changed from calm to full of rage. I could see it in his eyes. I ran off but i still feel the fear coursing through me." Aliac wondered if all her ramblings made sense. "My head...it really h..hurts." Aliac knew she needed to calm down, she just could figure out why the males presence scared her as much as it was.

it was the scream that had her slip away from the scent she'd been trailing and make haste back to its source, finding there already Pema and a frantic Aliac. She hadn't gotten especially close to the latter, she realized, but it was easy to see just how unnerved she was; fear coursed from her in waves.
she drew up alongside Pema, eyes flashing as she scanned the woman for injuries, finding none especially worrying, and none that seemed committed by fangs or claws. she latched onto the girl's words quickly, and was quick to offer her own sharp question. "the marsh. do you think he's a threat?" it was none too far from their territory, and she would like to know in advance if whoever the girl had encountered would take it upon himself to make an appearance at their borders; or invite himself inside them as had so many already.

Pema listened to her jumbled words. Meeting a male in the marsh. His demeanor changing to a hostile one? Had they gotten into some sort of fight? Did she really know who he was? So many questions. It seemed strange that if they had gotten into an altercation the only injury would be a small wound on her leg. But the thing Aliac commented on was her hurting head.
Pema wanted so badly to take Aliac to her den to rest and to have some lavender to calm her nerves. But as Dawn iterated clearly when she arrived it was also important to know about this male and see if he would pose a threat to anyone else in the pack. "Aliac. Take a breath, you're safe now." she said taking a small pause afterward. "I can give you something for your head in a moment, but we need to know about the male first." she said sincerely.

when she'd extracted enough information to know that the male posed no great threat to the pack, but enough to keep an eye out for him at the borders, did she take her leave. it was best to let Pema deal with the woman, she decided; and admitted grudgingly that it might help not to have her lurking over the two. with a final glance to Pema, she turned on her heel and pad back the way she'd come.
